- Online Assessments
Completed a short online assessment that helps us learn more about your skillsets as well as your preferred ways of working. This will help us align you to the right team and start designing your learning journey.
- Video Interview
Record your answers to a series of questions designed to give us an insight into your background & experiences. These questions will be framed as behavioural-event questions and enable you to tell us more about what makes you unique and get a better understanding of your communication style.
- Assessment Centre and Interview
This is the final stage of our recruitment process. The Assessment Centre gives us the opportunity to meet one another and interact! In this session you will participate in a range of activities (individual & group), as well as network with some of our current/previous graduates to get an understanding of the day-to-day life at Novartis.
