Early Start Australia is committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children, young adults and families.

We are a growing organisation with over 48 clinics, located across every state and territory in Australia.

Our dedicated teams of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech pathologists work with children to help them meet their growth and development goals.

We focus on supporting these children, and their families and carers, to develop language, motor, cognitive, social and emotional skills and provide therapeutic support for children with developmental delays or disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.

We want everyone to have the opportunity for a happy and healthy life.

Application Process

  1. Online Application

    You will need to complete some questions and attach your CV –showcase your previous work experience, extra-curricular activities, academic history, volunteer experience and any other qualifications –we’re looking for future leaders, so anything that demonstrates your motivation, proactivity and interest in your chosen discipline will go a long way!

  2. Phone Screen

    One of our friendly graduate recruiters will invite you to choose a time for a chat.

  3. Interview

    Our recruiter will arrange a time for you to meet one of our managers for a chat about our graduate program and graduate roles. This meeting may be in person or virtual. 

  4. Offer

    We endeavor to give you a verbal and written offer as quickly after your interview as possible.
