We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join and be part of our Victoria Development team working between Stockland’s Melbourne Head Office, the Highlands Sales office (Craigieburn) and home.
The Opportunity
As the Team Assistant, working closely with the Personal Assistant, you will assist the Development team in enhancing Stockland’s brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment to deliver on the State and Project Development priorities.
This would suit a property graduate in their final year or an experienced administrator who is passionate about property development
Your tasks will include:
• Organise and complete support tasks for the Development function such as meeting coordination and events
• Complete SAP (payments) functions on behalf of the Development teams
• Assist the Development teams with contractor and consultant engagement administration
• Monitoring and reporting on purchase order and invoice performance
• Maintain and manage meeting rooms at sales/regional offices
• Take a proactive role with Operational Risk compliance processes
• Assist the Development Director’s and their Personal Assistants with any workload pressures, including during periods of annual leave (as directed)
• From time to time as required to contribute to the effective operation of the reception function at Head Office
About You:
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ideally you will be an ambitious property graduate in your penultimate year or an experienced administrator with a keen interest in learning and continuous improvement.
