Digital Trust - Cyber Security - Engineering - 2025

The Programme

Our strategy, The New Equation, is about how PwC brings together unique combinations of people, powered by technology, galvanizing ourselves as a community of solvers to address those dual challenges.
The foundation of the strategy is our multidisciplinary model, which allows us to help clients build trust and deliver sustained outcomes by bringing together deep expertise across a broad range of capabilities.

Governance:
Understanding the context of the organization ensures that the organization’s vision with regard to cyber security can be translated into policy, and that adequate structures are in place for decision making, oversight and risk management.

Control effectiveness:
Cyber security control assessments measure the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls used to safeguard IT assets, infrastructure, and information. This enables an organization to strengthen its defensive posture through continuous protection and monitoring.

Threat intelligence:
Threat intelligence and collaboration includes processes to effectively discover, analyse, and understand cyber threats, with the capability to share information internally and with appropriate third parties.

Implementation:

The implementation of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., Access Governance, SIEM, DLP) at our clients to help them defend against cyber threats.

Managed services:

Deployment of cyber technologies and assisting our clients with managing their cybersecurity risks/threats to help them defend against cybersecurity threats.

Incident response and resilience:
Cyber incident response and resilience includes identifying, establishing and analyzing cyber events; prioritizing an organization’s cyber incident containment or mitigation; and escalating information to appropriate stakeholders.
