Product Team Assistant

Firetrail Investments are looking for a motivated and organised student to join the client-facing team as a Product Team Assistant. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to an institutional grade Australian fund manager and work closely with an experienced investment team.

The Role

You’ll be supporting Firetrail’s client facing team across a range of business functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with both internal operations and client engagement, offering a strong foundation for a future career in finance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with client reporting and ad hoc client requests
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of marketing materials (slide decks, website content, etc.)
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Track and manage key client deadlines
  • Assist with general office management
  • Support event planning and execution (catering, event briefs, in-house functions)

Role details

  • ~4 days per week, or approximately 30–35 hours per week
  • Flexible around university timetables - hours can be spread across five days
  • Based in our Sydney CBD office
  • Australian PR / Citizen
