We are currently seeking a second year student for this 2 day per week, 4 month fixed term internship opportunity based in our Melbourne office. This is an entry level opportunity that would suit a student who is seeking exposure and to be immersed in a key project within the institutional client reporting team while learning from subject matter experts in a flat structure. You will work closely with our best in class affiliated fund managers, delivering real value to their business. Our working environment is supportive, with a focus on enabling our employees to develop and perform at their best.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting the data team to with the Institutional Client reporting project which involves converting client reporting into a centralised system;
Analysing process documents and client reporting elements and process and improvement of these processes;
Creating new reporting templates for Affiliates;
Ad hoc tasks and business support, as required.
We are seeking:
A second year student studying a Bachelor in Commerce or a Finance related degree with excellent academic results;
Advanced data and computer skills (including excel and word), training in Workiva will be provided;
Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Interest or exposure to financial services or funds services will be highly regarded;
Strong work ethic; and
Must be an Australian citizen or hold PR to be considered for this role.
