The Programme 

We are looking for an intern technical consulting engineer to engage with strategic customers actively develop a customer use case that demonstrates the practical implementation of a selected Machine Learning/Deep Learning/LLM algorithm using the Intel software tools.  
 
You will learn and use latest compiler software and programming languages (C++/SYCL), e.g. advanced compiler optimizations and features specific for Intel Architectures, parallelization and vectorization through compilers, new programming languages support. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics. 
• C/C++/CUDA/Python knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming. 
• Knowledge of one of the AI Frameworks e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, ONNX etc.  
• Programming and algorithmic skills. 
• Linux/Unix knowledge including bash scripting experience.  
• Passion and willingness to grow with us.  
• Strong communications skills, strong analytic and problem-solving skills.  
• Familiar with Parallel Programming, OpenMP, MPI, OpenCL, SYCL, AI - Deep learning / Machine Learning. 
• Code Optimization in CPU and GPU. 
• Experience in compilers and optimization.

Working Model: 
 
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
