Billing Support & Finance Intern

What You Will Do

Billing support:

  • Connect with stakeholders to get billing data. 
  • Order numbers & PO tracking and record for payment process. 
  • Billing data preparation and maintain. 
  • Business reporting monthly. 
  • Improvement topics supporting: Power Automation, Power BI, etc.  
  • Meetings preparing and minutes recording. 
  • Preparing presentations (slides, marketplaces). 
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • At least 3-year student majoring in Finance & Accounting.  
  • Strong English skills (Write, read, speak, listen).  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.  
  • Having good interpersonal skills and commitment to the accounting profession.  
  • Being detail oriented, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.  
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment. 
  • Able to be flexible and able to work independently but also in a group.
